I am the compaq regular user .I want to aware the people that the hp service is very bad and too much slow as compared to the other support centre . When I bought this pc Compaq Presario SR 1931 IL then I did not no that the service of this company is too bad as compared to the others . The driver CD was also not given with the pc nor the operating system CD which support the system. The cost of that pc at that time is 32,000 Which is too much costly for me to collect . It was the matter of the year 2006.
